- Achieving the competencies specified by XUND in cooperation with our trainers
- Learning and applying nursing tasks, workflows and processes in everyday nursing
- Participation in the care and nursing of our residents
- Collaboration in the interdisciplinary team
- Active participation in training, learning settings and case discussions
What you bring with you
- Completed basic training in nursing and care or in another field at EFZ level
- Enjoyment in dealing with people, especially elderly people
- Motivation to learn new things and take responsibility
- Friendly, open and communicative personality
- High willingness to learn as well as service orientation
- Reliable and team-oriented working style
