What you will do here
- Support and relieve the department head as well as the real estate management team in their varied daily work and projects
- Coordinate, organise and reliably monitor appointments independently
- Prepare and follow up meetings, create minutes and efficiently manage pending tasks
- Conduct research and professionally prepare presentations and project documents
- Actively participate in diverse projects
What you ideally bring with you
- An ongoing HF, university of applied sciences or university degree – preferably in architecture, construction or facility management
- Initial professional experience in planning or realising construction projects or in facility management
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, French skills are a plus
- Organisational talent as well as a networked and structured way of thinking
- A strong service orientation, independent working style and the ability to set priorities sensibly
