- Manage recruitment processes and ensure effective onboarding and training for all new team members
- Recognise talents and develop individual plans to specifically promote potential and actively shape careers

- Excellent Communication: You come across empathetic, confident and clear - both in customer contact and within the team, conveying operational requirements as convincingly as long-term visions
- Coaching & Development: You have experience giving constructive feedback and supporting others in their growth - as a coach, mentor and motivator
- Adaptability & Flexibility: You respond confidently to changing priorities, recognise opportunities and incorporate different perspectives into your decisions
- Operations: You know the requirements of daily store life in detail - from compliance to safety to retail standards - and use this knowledge to successfully lead and develop your team
