Research Associate with Focus on Design (40 - 70%)

About the job

• Assist in teaching bachelor and/or master courses in the design studio as well as in theory seminars
• Support ongoing research projects
• Collaborate on research proposals and prepare them for submission
• Organise specialist symposia and contribute scientific papers
• Write and support publications in professional journals

From the autumn semester 2028, the workplace will be in Biel

• Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent, at least 3 years of professional experience
• Experience in building culture, architectural theory, current architectural issues and teaching
• Understanding of theory and interest in linking teaching & research
• Excellent organisational skills
• Very good German, as well as good English and French skills
