The Paul Scherrer Institute PSI is the largest research institute for natural and engineering sciences in Switzerland. The European Space Deep-tech Innovation Centre (ESDI) is a joint initiative of the European Space Agency (ESA) and Switzerland. ESDI addresses bottlenecks in the use of deep-tech challenges and develops new commercial applications by supporting ambitious, clearly defined, and measurable research programmes in the areas of quantum technologies, data management and processing, material innovation and processing.

Project Assistance Programme Implementation, Marketing and Communication (80-100%)
Your Tasks
- Support of the Phi-Lab programme managers in the implementation and coordination of their programmes
- Independent organisation of workshops, conferences, and outreach activities
- Design and implementation of marketing and communication measures for a predominantly scientific-technical audience
- Creation of information and communication materials for online and offline channels
- Establishment and maintenance of contacts with relevant stakeholders
Your Profile
- Education or training in marketing/communication, project/programme management, law, finance, or a comparable field
- Practical experience in at least one of these areas
- Very good MS Office skills; experience with SharePoint, MS Teams, and AI tools is an advantage
- Structured, independent, and proactive working style
- Enjoyment of working in a small, dynamic team; interest in space technology and innovation is a plus
- Very good oral and written communication skills in English
