Your Profile

• Assistant staff with SRK course or the motivation to complete it promptly
• Health Specialist EFZ or equivalent diploma with Swiss recognition (SRK)
• Nursing Specialist HF/FH or equivalent diploma with Swiss recognition (SRK)
• Good communication skills in German
• Empathetic personality with understanding of the various facets of aging

Your Tasks

• Recording the resources and needs of the residents
• Co-responsibility for a familiar and inviting living and working atmosphere
• Participation in the continuous development of the institution (implementing innovations, attending further training, working in working groups, promoting a constructive error culture)
• Job-specific tasks, carrying out measures and taking responsibility
