It offers its own jobs and training places in various professional fields as well as residential places and supports in the primary labour market. The foundation employs over 1000 people at several locations in the canton of Schwyz.

- Taking on basic nursing activities and domestic tasks.

- Taking on organisational and administrative tasks.
You bring with you
- Training in the nursing or social field (qualified nurse, FaBe, FaGe or equivalent).
- Experience and enjoyment in working with people with support needs.
- Independent, responsible and empathetic way of working.
- Team spirit, flexibility and a good sense of humour.
- Good MS Office skills, driving licence an advantage.
