About the job

Your tasks:

• Warm and professional advice for our brides, grooms and their companions in the area of bridal wear, formal wear and men's suits
• Preparation and organisation of fittings, from appointment management to the perfect staging of the showroom
• Preparation, care and sorting of our dresses as well as assistance with goods receipt and warehouse organisation
• Co-design of the shop floor, decoration and shop windows to ensure our customers have an unforgettable experience
• Customer communication via e-mail and telephone

What you bring:

• Experience in sales or consulting, ideally in the fashion, bridal or event industry
• Passion for bridal and formal wear as well as a keen sense of style, trends and aesthetics
• Responsibility, initiative and a structured way of working
• You enjoy working in a team and support your colleagues with heart
• High resilience and calmness, even when things get emotional, festive or hectic
• Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage
• Enjoyment in giving our customers a unique fitting experience
