Triaplus employs around 500 staff, is a teaching hospital of the University of Lucerne, and is recognised as a training centre. Together with Klinik Zugersee and the decentralised outpatient clinics, we ensure psychiatric care in the cantons of Uri, Schwyz and Zug. The Outpatient Psychiatry and Psychotherapy Schwyz with outpatient clinics in Goldau, Pfäffikon and Einsiedeln is recognised as a training centre category A. It ensures psychiatric, psychotherapeutic and addiction therapy basic care for the adult population in the canton of Schwyz. In the semi-inpatient sector, APP Schwyz operates a day centre at each location. For our day centre in Pfäffikon SZ, we are looking for aDipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH (m/f/d) for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy - outpatient
from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement.Your tasks include
- Application of various therapeutic models such as mindfulness, theme-centred group discussions, creative work with various materials
- Preliminary discussions with day centre patients
- Independent conception and organisation of group therapies
- Participation and co-responsibility in preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic measures
- Collaboration with social institutions and authorities
- Responsibility and co-design of an interprofessional competent collaboration
- Responsible for ongoing documentation of individual group progress
- Participation in reports, case discussions, intervisions, team meetings, supervisions as well as further training and continuing education
- Independent organisation and implementation of offers within the framework of leisure activities and leisure programmes
You bring with you
- Psychiatric nursing HF/FH or qualification as a dipl. nursing specialist HF/FH
- Independent, communicative, resilient, competent and flexible personality, preferably with several years of professional experience in psychiatry
- Willingness and possibility to temporarily increase the workload during colleagues’ holiday absences
- Enjoyment and experience in working with groups including registration interviews in individual settings
- Willingness to work in a multiprofessional team
