We offer you a varied and exciting role in which you can specifically apply your nursing expertise and experience in supporting and caring for patients. You will take on
- Responsibility for the professional, holistic care and support of our patients and their relatives with various medical focuses (Internal Medicine, Oncology, Neurology, etc.)
- Implementation of the nursing process from admission to discharge in the sense of primary nursing
- Supporting patients in regaining their independence and everyday skills
- Responsibility for the professional execution, documentation and evaluation of nursing measures and early recognition of changes in complex care situations
- Promotion and supervision of students and trainees
- Goal- and solution-oriented collaboration within the interprofessional treatment team
You bring with you
- Basic training as a qualified nurse HF/FH and professional experience in an acute hospital
- Ideally experience in the care and support of patients with various medical diagnoses
- High sense of responsibility, resilience and independent working style
- Openness, flexibility and willingness to actively shape changes
- Process- and solution-oriented thinking and reliable action for a committed, well-coordinated treatment team
