You will take on

• Responsibility for the professional, holistic care and support of our patients and their relatives with various medical focuses (Internal Medicine, Oncology, Neurology, etc.)
• Implementation of the nursing process from admission to discharge in the sense of primary nursing
• Supporting patients in regaining their independence and everyday skills
• Responsibility for the professional execution, documentation and evaluation of nursing measures and early recognition of changes in complex care situations
• Promotion and supervision of students and trainees
• Goal- and solution-oriented collaboration within the interprofessional treatment team

You bring with you

• Basic training as a qualified nurse HF/FH and professional experience in an acute hospital
• Ideally experience in the care and support of patients with various medical diagnoses
• High sense of responsibility, resilience and independent working style
• Openness, flexibility and willingness to actively shape changes
• Process- and solution-oriented thinking and reliable action for a committed, well-coordinated treatment team
