The works department is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the buildings, outdoor facilities, and roads of the municipality. This is what you will achieve with us
- Operational management of the eight-member works team in personnel, financial, and organizational areas
- Participation in the budgeting process and budget control
- Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of buildings, outdoor facilities, roads, as well as vehicles and work equipment
- Responsible for the care, cleaning, and maintenance of green areas
This is what you bring with you
- Completed training in civil engineering / landscaping / construction or an equivalent skilled trade qualification
- Leadership experience
- Knowledge of handling machines / construction machinery is an advantage
- Driver's license category B / BE (BE can be obtained after employment)
- Residence in the municipality of Ingenbohl or in the nearby area
- Proficient in MS Office
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Excellent social skills, a high level of service orientation, and a courteous demeanor
