We continue to grow: Due to winning a mandate, we are looking for an industry expert to strengthen our team in the Zurich-Wallisellen region.

• Independent management of an exciting property portfolio of a major client
• Professional leadership of assistants
• Representing the ownership towards tenants, authorities, and craftsmen
• Ensuring the process from tenant termination to re-letting of the properties
• Coordinating and implementing rental activities
• Inspecting the properties for their structural condition and organising maintenance work
• Preparing owner reports as well as control and condition reports

• Commercial basic training
• Several years of professional experience in property management
• The property manager professional certificate is an advantage
• Confident German as well as basic knowledge of English and French
• You are decisive, flexible, and set clear priorities
• Even as a property professional, you enjoy taking on new challenges

• Varied on-site appointments and quick access to pool vehicles
