To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated and committed individual as Head of Technology in the Steelworks (m/f/d) on a 100% basis.
Your Responsibilities
- Personnel management of six directly reporting employees and the Technology department (mechanics, electrical and infrastructure)
- Participation in the steelworks (SW) management team
- Ensuring availability and preservation of value of equipment & infrastructure in the steelworks, considering optimal use of personnel and materials
- Collaboration with other management personnel on site and suppliers
- Implementation of continuous improvements (CIP)
- Responsibility for regular maintenance and major summer overhaul
- Responsibility for the budget, key figures and
- investment planning in the SW technology area
- Responsibility for compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards
Your Profile
- Completed technical basic training with advanced technical education (FH engineer)
- Several years of leadership and industrial experience
- Leading people, developing them further and achieving success together are among your strengths
- Responsible, reliable, structured, entrepreneurial thinking and strong implementation skills
- Communicative and decisive personality
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, good English skills
- MS Office and SAP user knowledge
- Willingness for on-call duty and flexibility in a 24/7 operation
