Team Leader Hospitality (a) 80%- Ensuring the smooth implementation of our services (reception, cleaning, etc.)
- Contact person for our customers and ensuring a high level of service quality
- Leading around 20 employees in the reception area and UHR staff (including deployment and holiday planning as well as responsibility for time recording and reporting)
- Conducting quality checks to ensure our standards
- Posting of invoices
- Creation and further development of operating manuals
- Operational management of the various ISS services as well as participation in projects
- Stand-in duties at reception in emergencies
- Training in the commercial sector, hospitality, or facility management
- Experience in staff management
- Good MS Office skills, ideally experience with CAFM systems
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form as well as English skills (at least level B)
- Flexible, independent and structured working style with strong communication skills
- High customer orientation and a strong quality standard
- Driving licence category B
- Impeccable character (criminal record and debt enforcement extract)
