The Cantonal Health Centre Appenzell (GZAI) ensures high-quality and reliable elderly and health care for the population of Innerrhoden. For numerous needs along the treatment chain and in various life phases, the GZAI offers a needs-based range of services. The GZAI includes the two elderly care institutions Alpsteeblick (61 care places) and Bürgerheim (49 care places) as well as the short-term and transitional care area (9 care places) and outpatient care with health practice, day clinic, physiotherapy and rescue service. Your tasks
– You are responsible for the personnel, professional and organisational management of the company
– As Chairperson of the Executive Board, you ensure the achievement of the strategic and operational company goals together with your colleagues
– You ensure effective and efficient business management, meet the agreed targets and ensure the administrative and organisational services within the framework of the service mandate
– You initiate and implement projects for the further development of the Cantonal Health Centre Appenzell
– Together with the Board of Directors, you define the strategic direction of the company 

Your profile
– You have a management education at Bachelor or Master level in business administration, leadership or a comparable field
– You are a confident, engaging and integrous personality with strong communication skills in spoken and written form
– You bring solid experience in project management
– You are a proven leader and familiar with the framework conditions in healthcare
– You convince through your ability for cross-departmental collaboration and consensus building
– You design and manage change processes proactively and successfully
