HR Specialist 100% (m/f)
Tasks
- Payroll processing & social security
You are responsible for the complete and timely processing of payroll with Abacus and ensure that all social security contributions are correctly processed and paid.
- Contact person for managers and employees
With your expertise, you are the first point of contact for all HR questions and support both managers and employees in all personnel-related matters.
- Complete administration from entry to exit
From contract creation through onboarding to exit, you independently and professionally handle the entire HR administration.
- Main responsibility for workwear
You take responsibility for the organization, procurement, and provision of workwear and ensure that our employees are always well equipped.
- Case management
As part of absence and health management, you manage cases in a structured and solution-oriented manner and work closely with internal and external parties.
- Management of time tracking system
You ensure the correct maintenance and administration of our time tracking system.
- Creation of reports
You prepare various HR reports, analyze data, and provide important decision-making bases.
- HR projects
You actively contribute to HR projects, drive innovations forward, and support the implementation of new concepts and processes.
- Support within the entire HR team
As a team player, you also get involved in cross-cutting topics and thus contribute to a strong and reliable team performance.
- Optimization of HR processes
You question existing procedures, further develop them, and implement optimizations to keep our HR processes efficient, modern, and future-oriented.
Profile
- Education & basics
You have completed a commercial basic education and have further qualified yourself in your field with additional training as an HR specialist with a professional certificate.
- Professional experience
Thanks to your several years of experience in an HR generalist role – ideally in an industrial environment – you bring the necessary skills to act confidently and competently in all HR areas.
- Legal knowledge
You possess sound knowledge of Swiss labor law and social security and can apply this confidently in your daily work.
- Digital tools
Using digital HR tools is natural for you. Ideally, you have already gained experience with Abacus or are open to quickly familiarizing yourself with this system.
- Working & thinking style
A structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style characterizes you. You approach challenges practically and purposefully and do not lose sight even in complex situations.
- Resilience & organizational talent
You are able to manage various tasks in parallel, set priorities correctly, and keep an overview even during high workload phases. Others appreciate your organizational talent and reliability.
