Site Manager Refurbishment (experienced)

We continue to develop existing structures, with high demands on design and quality. For our refurbishment and renovation projects, we are looking for an experienced local site manager who implements our standards on site.

Your tasks:

You are present on site, lead contractors and craftsmen, conduct construction meetings, and ensure quality down to the last detail. You coordinate processes and schedules and keep an overview.

Your profile:

Site Manager with a Federal Diploma of Higher Education, Technician with a Federal Diploma of Higher Education, or comparable qualification, several years of experience in local site management of refurbishments, a flair for design and details, and a calm, reliable manner. Experience with heritage conservation is a plus.
