Whether as a newcomer to leadership or a nursing professional with several years of experience in psychiatric nursing - we support you on your career path into leadership responsibility.
In this position, you will jointly take over the medical-therapeutic, organisational, and conceptual management of the private ward together with the medical-psychological management.
Your area of responsibility

- Together with the medical-psychological management, you lead the ward and further develop treatment concepts, processes, and the range of services in an interprofessional manner
- You ensure that our patients are at the centre: with individual, psychotherapeutically oriented nursing and a high standard of hospitality
- You ensure needs-based personnel and deployment planning and rely on participation: your team actively and independently shapes the duty roster
- You continuously develop nursing quality and processes in the sense of shared governance with nursing and educational expertise as well as with lean instruments such as the Kaizen board
- You live an open dialogue and error culture, where mistakes are seen as learning opportunities and the well-being of the team matters
Your profile
- You are a qualified nurse AKP/DN II/HF/FH with a focus on psychiatry and several years of professional experience
- You have leadership training (CAS-Leadership or similar). Ideally, you already have leadership experience
- You are enthusiastic about implementing the nursing process and continuous quality development in nursing, as well as maintaining a good work-life balance
- You are an integrative leadership personality, possess proven organisational competence, business management know-how, and a strong affinity for hospitality
We offer
- With us, you will find a working environment characterised by appreciation, team spirit, and humour. You can expect a varied role with exciting career and development opportunities
- The development of attractive future prospects through a talent promotion model
- An optimal work-life balance through coordinated deployment planning as well as opportunities for unpaid leave
