Together with our client, a company in the industrial sector, we are looking to appoint a Head of Accounting 80–100%. Your tasks with the new employer:

• You take overall responsibility for financial accounting and ensure reliable financial reporting within a diverse corporate structure
• You independently prepare monthly and annual financial statements and are responsible for all relevant VAT matters
• As a leader, you support and promote a small finance team and actively shape their professional and personnel development
• In close collaboration with the finance management, you control liquidity planning and act as the contact person for the auditors
• With your expertise, you optimise existing financial processes and further develop internal guidelines 

You offer your new employer:

• You have a solid commercial education with further training in finance and accounting, ideally with a Swiss federal diploma
• At least two years of professional experience in a comparable role as well as confidence in balance sheets according to Swiss Code of Obligations form your professional foundation
• Very good ERP knowledge as well as fluent German and ideally French skills make you the ideal candidate for this position
• With your open, pragmatic, and solution-oriented personality, you convince through initiative, affinity for numbers, and enjoyment of team leadership
