Your challenge

• Establishing and further developing corporate controlling as a central management tool
• Collaborating in the preparation of budgets, forecasts and medium-term planning
• Analysing business results, key figures and market developments as well as deriving recommendations for action
• Creating management reports, dashboards and ad-hoc analyses for executive management and the board of directors
• Business partner for managers on financial and business management issues
• Further development and digitalisation of reporting and controlling processes
• Ensuring meaningful cost and performance accounting
• Pre- and post-calculation of the product portfolio as well as ensuring periodic price calculation in the ERP system
• Participation in cross-departmental projects to optimise processes and systems
• Supporting the finance team in operational day-to-day business as needed

Your profile

• Completed studies in business administration with a focus on controlling, finance or a comparable further education
• Several years of experience in controlling, ideally in a manufacturing industrial company
• Very good knowledge of cost accounting, calculation and corporate management
• High IT affinity as well as experience with ERP systems, Excel and BI or reporting tools
• Analytical, structured and independent working style
• Enjoy questioning processes and continuously improving them
• Communicative personality with a convincing manner and strong service orientation
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills
