Job Description
- Provide nursing care to patients undergoing multidisciplinary surgery in compliance with professional standards and the rules in force within the institution
- Collaborate in organising daily work and ensuring the smooth running of the department's activities
- Participate in working groups for the development of care projects as well as the integration of new colleagues
- Contribute to an interdisciplinary approach to care and teamwork
- Maintain and develop your skills
- Take into account feedback regarding your performance
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the processes in which you are involved
Qualifications
- Holder of a nursing diploma HES, ES or an equivalent recognised qualification
- Professional experience in acute care is welcome
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
- Versatility and organisational skills
- Good stress management
- Autonomy, flexibility and commitment
- Excellent presentation
