MEASUREMENT TECHNICIAN (80-100%)

YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
You ensure the metrological inspection of our sophisticated precision parts and contribute significantly to process and product quality.
Your focus:
- Programming and operating modern 3D coordinate measuring machines from Zeiss
- Machines: Zeiss Contura / Zeiss Duramax / Zeiss O-Inspect
- Software: Zeiss Calypso
- Programming location – directly at the machine in production / offline programming station in QC
- Programming type – standard / PCM
- Creating measurement strategies based on technical drawings and specifications
- From prototype to validated series product
- Creating simple / multiple clamping fixtures / measuring pallets
- Supervising the "We-Towers" - automated system (technical innovation)
- Optimising measurement programmes
- Increasing machine performance
- Performing internal maintenance on 3D coordinate measuring machines
- Conducting internal training in the field of metrology
- Performing gauge capability studies
- Error analysis and troubleshooting for coordinate measuring machine malfunctions
- Close collaboration with production, engineering, and quality assurance
YOUR COMPETENCIES
You work precisely, reliably, and independently. With your technical understanding and eye for detail, you detect deviations early and ensure precise measurement results.
- Completed technical basic training (e.g. polymechanic with federal certificate of competence)
- Several years of professional experience (>5 years) in industrial metrology
- Extensive experience in programming 3D coordinate measuring machines (ideally Zeiss / Calypso)
- AUKOM qualification "Measurement Technician" is an advantage
- Experience in the field of machining
- Strong quality awareness as well as precise, clean, and structured working methods
- Flexibility, conscientiousness, and a sense of order
- Team spirit and a solution-oriented working style
- German language skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
