Food Consultant (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Culinary product development and consulting for Coop’s own brand food products
- Conducting tastings and sensory evaluation of food product samples
- Writing tasting reports and culinary requirement profiles
- Creating and testing preparation instructions and recipe ideas
- Identifying and monitoring food trends as well as project controlling and reporting
Requirements
- Basic culinary training (chef/cook) plus advanced training and several years of professional experience in the culinary field
- Passion for the diverse world of culinary arts, food & lifestyle trends, zeitgeist, innovation, and their developments
- Strong service and consulting affinity
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good MS Office knowledge
