Organisation and IT
To strengthen our legal department, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a Junior Legal Counsel to support our team in the legal accompaniment of digital transformation and the municipal IT infrastructure.
Tasks
- You are responsible for the independent creation and documentation of IT contracts.
- Additionally, you develop solutions for contractual, tendering and data protection legal issues in the digitalisation environment.
- Furthermore, you provide legal support for projects and clarify legal aspects in the area of digitalisation.
Profile
- Completed studies in law (MLaw or lic. iur.)
- 2-3 years of professional experience in contract law in the private sector or corresponding administrative and court experience
- Understanding and interest in political processes as well as a flair for clear and legally sound implementation of complex issues, affinity for digitalisation
- Precise, independent, structured and solution-oriented working style, resilient personality, analytical skills, networked thinking, strong communication, negotiation skills and flexibility
- Confident oral and written communication in German and English, knowledge of French is an advantage
