About the job
The University Archive secures data and documents from the 125-year history of the HSG. Our diverse collections document the development of the school from a municipal commercial academy (founded 1898) to an international business university.
As a member of the "Records Management" project team, you will be actively involved in the introduction of a digital business management system and can help shape the digital transformation at the HSG. The position offers the opportunity to gain insights into various archival areas (records management, acquisition, cataloguing) and to gain initial professional experience.
Your tasks
- Collaboration in the university-wide "Records Management" project to introduce a digital business management system
- Advising HSG staff on the evaluation and migration of their digital documents
- Independent cataloguing of digital archival holdings
Your profile
- Studies or focus in information sciences (Information Science, Data Science, Digital Business Management, Digital Humanities, Archival and Library Sciences)
- Interest in archival work
- High digital affinity
