- You support our clients with basic care
- You take care of professional treatment care
- You carry out the care documentation thoroughly and independently
- You are in close exchange with case management and actively participate in the care process
- You also take on administrative and organisational tasks if required

- Preferably, you bring professional experience in long-term care
