Executive Search Consultant – Business Development

After an integration period, you will join our team of consultants in Lausanne. You will secure demanding mandates and manage the recruitment processes entrusted to you. You will convince potential clients with your personality, embodying our quality standards and relying on our modern recruitment methods. Collaboration with our company Corporate Management Selection C.M.S. AG also allows you to leverage contacts beyond technical professions.

Your responsibilities

• Acquire recruitment mandates requiring in-depth consulting
• Execute demanding recruitment processes (senior executives and specialists)
• Contribute to the development of our organisation and business areas
• Develop your own professional network
• Represent our company within associations and economic organisations

Your profile

• Several years of experience as a senior executive in French-speaking Switzerland
• Proven experience in sales or business development
• Interpersonal skills, dynamism, and ability to realise projects
• Service orientation and team spirit
• Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and reliability
• Fluency in French and proficiency in German or English
