To strengthen our team in Rheineck, we are looking for a committed individual as Construction Manager Building Construction 80-100%.

Construction Manager Building Construction

Your Tasks

• Independent management & coordination of building construction projects in various sectors
• Responsibility for costs, deadlines & quality during the execution phase
• Tendering, awarding & billing of construction services
• Coordination of specialist planners and authorities as well as leadership of the involved contractors
• Monitoring of construction execution on site
• Ensuring smooth information flow between all project participants

Your Profile

• Training as construction manager, HF technician building construction, architect or comparable qualification
• Experience in construction management of building construction projects
• Sound knowledge of Swiss standards and construction processes
• Structured, solution-oriented and independent working style
• Negotiation skills as well as good communication abilities
• Confident handling of common construction software and MS Office
