Maison Claudine Pereira retirement home belongs to Alterswohnen STS AG and employs around 60 staff at the Saanen location. We offer 42 nursing home places and assisted living, provide Heimex services for the neighbouring retirement apartments, and run the "Eggliblick" day restaurant. Our actions always focus on the well-being of our residents and guests.

This is what your daily routine looks like

In addition to nursing and caring for our residents, you take on shift responsibility in everyday life.
You also assist in the development and implementation of nursing topics and take on quality tasks.
If desired and suitable, an additional task such as RAI supervisor or vocational training completes your area of activity.

This is how you impress us

You have completed nursing training at function level 3 (Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH/AKP/PsyKP/DNII, Nursing Specialist DNI, Specialist in Long-term Care and Support with federal FA or an equivalent qualification) as well as good oral and written German skills (at least language level B2).
You preferably have professional experience in long-term care.
Your social skills distinguish you as well as your responsible, independent and team-oriented work.
Your enjoyment in working with elderly people rounds off your profile.
