About the job

After internal training in security services, you will ensure safety, calm, and order with your distinctive presence. You de-escalate critical situations with psychologically and tactically appropriate behaviour. You ensure a smooth daily routine in a centre and carry out access controls, surveillance, and patrol duties even outside the accommodation. You bring intercultural skills and are a well-grounded person.

What you can achieve:

• Night-time monitoring of various properties and premises
• Prevention through irregular external and internal checks
• Identifying and eliminating hazards, including electronic data recording
• Conducting personal checks
• Regular communication with our 24-hour control centre

What you bring:

• Completed vocational training or equivalent education or student
• High level of independence, performance capability, and sense of responsibility
• Good manners, communicative, confident appearance
• Very good mental and physical resilience
• Fluent German language skills
• Good oral skills in French and English are an advantage
• Swiss citizen or C residence permit or B residence permit
• Day, night, and weekend shifts
• Driving licence category B, own car is an advantage
