Job Description

What to expect

• As a cost planner, you advise and support the client from strategic planning to project completion.
• Your main tasks include the preparation of cost, economic efficiency and decision-making bases including risk analyses.
• You are responsible for cost planning and control throughout all project phases.
• You manage and coordinate our projects in line with cross-project objectives.
• You represent client interests confidently towards planners, authorities and companies.
• You help shape internal processes and methods and further develop them.

Qualifications

What you bring

• You have training as a structural draughtsperson with further education or a degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction economics, construction management or a comparable qualification.
• Your career shows several years of professional experience in the construction and real estate sector, ideally in cost planning.
• You have very good knowledge of Swiss building standards, planning and execution processes.
• You have an analytical, economic mindset and enjoy responsibility.
• You have very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as confident handling of MS Office and digital tools.
• You are enthusiastic about topics of sustainability and the Green Deal.
• A structured, solution-oriented personality with a confident manner rounds off your profile.
