Tasks

• Management of a climate and refrigeration specialist company in the Biel area
• Central contact person for your team on technical and organizational issues
• Together with your team, you ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction in the long term

Requirements

• You have a solid qualification with preferably several years of experience in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry
• You are a balanced, resilient leader with team spirit and initiative, possessing secure and solid professional knowledge
• You convince with your winning manner, keep an overview and the goal in hectic situations, and take responsibility for professional customer care

Prerequisites

• Training as a refrigeration mechanic, refrigeration system mechanic EFZ or in a related profession (electrician, etc.)
• Independence and leadership of a team
• Good expertise in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry
• Good French and German language skills
• Driver's license category B
