Kipfer Logistics operates internationally with conventional and temperature-controlled logistical concepts and transports. We are a Europe-wide transport/logistics company based in Zeiningen, Münchenstein and Lausen, Switzerland, which has belonged to the Loomis Group since September.

What to expect
- Support in complying with all relevant requirements, especially: EU GDP, GXP, national and international guidelines, air cargo security requirements, international pharmaceutical standards, TAPA TSR Level 1 requirements, customer-specific requirements, BAZL, ISO9001/ISO14001
- Assistance in the development, implementation and monitoring of the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Creation of SOPs, work instructions, templates and checklists while adhering to document management standards
- Maintenance and management of documentation and users within EQMS
- Assistance in the creation and implementation of a business continuity plan
- Conducting compliance assessments & risk analyses and deriving appropriate measures
- Planning and supporting internal and external audits as well as accompanying regulatory inspections and customer audits
- Handling deviations, CAPAs
- Coordination of change requests
- Training employees on quality-relevant topics
- Creation and coordination of onboarding plans
- Coordination of training via Secova for all employees
- Planning, coordination, execution and support of internal audits
- Participation in the qualification and monitoring of systems, facilities, transport service providers and other external service providers
- Establishment and further development of a structured continuous improvement process
- Analysis of quality indicators (KPIs) and derivation of sustainable improvement measures
- Promotion of a quality and compliance culture within the company
- Support and representation of the Head of Quality in strategic and operational matters
- Participation in the further development of the quality strategy
- Participation in management reviews and decision-making processes
What you bring
- Completed studies (e.g. pharmacy, logistics, quality management, or comparable qualification)
- Initial professional experience in the quality area of pharmaceutical logistics
- Good understanding of logistics processes and supply chain operations
- Knowledge of GDP/GxP and relevant regulatory requirements
- Experience with TAPA standards (ideally Level 1)
- Experience in pharmaceutical logistics
- Strong quality and sense of responsibility
- Analytical thinking and structured working method
- Assertiveness and strong communication skills
- High problem-solving competence and proactive working style
- Team spirit and enjoyment of teamwork
- Very good German and English skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office and confident handling of common IT systems and applications
