Your field of activity

• You manage strategic projects from acquisition through conception, calculation and offer phase to execution and structured handover.
• Together with our specialists, you develop project and offer strategies. In addition, you accompany and further develop early involvement phases such as ECI and PCSA as well as partnership project models.
• You coordinate and lead interdisciplinary project teams from engineering, VDC, calculation and execution.
• As a central interface, you support national and international clients during project development and implementation.
• You identify and evaluate new business opportunities, market potentials and strategic partnerships. Furthermore, you handle special projects and prepare decision-making bases for management.
• You moderate workshops, project meetings and reviews. At the same time, you contribute to the further development of processes, standards and digital tools.

Your foundation

• You have a higher education, preferably with a technical, business or project-oriented background, for example in civil engineering, construction management or architecture, or a comparable qualification.
• You bring initial professional experience in the construction industry or project business, ideally in project management or project development.
• You appear confident and convincing in direct contact with demanding clients and project partners.
• You combine your good technical understanding with pronounced entrepreneurial and economic thinking.
• You take responsibility, drive topics independently and enjoy developing solutions together with your team colleagues.
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written, complete your profile.
