Overview

Guardex revolutionises accounting with a portfolio of ERP solutions, including the Abacus suite, hosted in a sovereign cloud. Our solution is designed to ensure protection and performance, enabling companies to optimise their financial processes in a modern digital environment – fully in line with Swiss standards.

Your tasks

• Implementation & Configuration: Installation and configuration of the Abacus solution with seamless integration into the client ecosystem.

• Analysis & Optimisation: Analyse existing financial processes, identify improvement potentials, and adapt the system for secure and efficient accounting.

• Training & Support: Conduct training and provide technical support to ensure optimal use of the system.

• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Close cooperation with technical and financial teams as well as occasional on-site assignments in Romandy (workplace: Fribourg).

Your ideal profile

• Education & Expertise: Higher qualification in accounting, finance or computer science (ERP/accounting solutions), with solid experience in the digitalisation of financial processes.

• Technical Competence: Confident handling of ERP applications, especially Abacus accounting, as well as good knowledge of sovereign cloud environments.

• Analytical Thinking: Structured and solution-oriented approach to financial and security-related issues.

• International Communication: Fluent French as well as good German and English skills to interact with a diverse clientele.
