Responsibilities:
- Posting and controlling ongoing business transactions in accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Processing payments and dunning as well as handling invoice management
- Creating outgoing invoices, posting bank documents, and reconciling accounts
- Assisting with monthly and annual financial statements and preparing tax-relevant documents
- Supporting the optimisation and further development of financial processes
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial training, ideally with further education in finance and accounting or comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in accounting or bookkeeping
- Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel, and ideally knowledge of accounting software
- Careful working style, reliability, and affinity for numbers
- Teamwork skills, communication strength, and commitment
