- Qualification as a Draftsperson EFZ specialising in Architecture 

- Professional experience in Switzerland

- Solid IT skills (ArchiCAD, MS Office, Mac)

- Good German language skills, spoken and written

- Independent and reliable working style

- Communication and teamwork skills

- Knowledge of building laws, standards and recommendations in Switzerland
