Role description
- Management of the secretariat and therapists' schedules.
- Proactive support in organizing, preparing, and updating patient files and data
- Welcoming and accompanying patients
- First level call handling
- Ensuring a quality reception service meeting the requirements of our patients and colleagues
Your profile
- Commercial employee with CFC or equivalent training
- Professional experience as a receptionist and/or call center collaborator desired
- Excellent command of French and knowledge of another language desired
- Good presentation is required and you are punctual, dynamic, and ready to take initiatives
- Your other assets: discretion, empathy, enthusiasm, and team spirit
- Very good command of computer tools
