For our store in the Fashion Outlet Center Landquart we are looking for a committed and sales-strong personality as Assistant Store Manager (80-100%) who supports our Store Manager in the daily operational business, motivates the team and actively shapes the success of the branch.

Your tasks

• Supporting the Store Manager in the leadership and organisation of the branch

• Co-responsibility for achieving sales targets and KPIs

• Active selling with passion and sense of style

• Representing the branch in accordance with the philosophy of COMPANYS

• Participation in sales promotion activities and local store events

• Support in merchandise management and purchasing preparation

• Training and motivating the sales staff

• Taking on administrative tasks in daily business

Your profile

• Experience in fashion retail, ideally in a leadership role

• "Passion for people and fashion" – you love fashion and working with people

• Experience in selling women’s and men’s fashion

• Enjoyment in team leadership and personnel development

• Goal-oriented, independent and reliable way of working

• Sense of responsibility and flexibility

• You think structurally and act organised – your working style is characterised by clarity, reliability and an eye for the essentials

• You bring visual strength – you understand how fashion becomes an experience through appealing presentation and skilfully stage products

• You identify with "your branch" and put your heart and soul into it
