For our client, a modern and family-run retirement and nursing home, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed and responsible Health Specialist EFZ or certified nursing specialist HF/FH with a workload of 50–100%.

The institution offers around 119 residents in need of care a safe and appreciative home. A dedicated team of around 140 employees ensures professional care and support in various departments. The focus is on the individual needs, self-determination, and quality of life of the residents.

Health Specialist EFZ

• Implementation and professional delegation of nursing and medical-technical measures within own competencies
• Individual and resource-oriented care and support of residents
• Active participation and co-responsibility in the nursing process
• Careful management and updating of nursing documentation in easyDOK/BESA
• Assuming daily responsibility and ensuring a smooth nursing process
• Implementation of measures for health promotion, disease prevention, and maintenance of quality of life
• Observation of health status and early detection of changes
• Professional, empathetic, and appreciative communication with residents, relatives, and external specialists
• Close cooperation with the interdisciplinary nursing and care team

• Completed training as Health Specialist EFZ or certified nursing specialist HF/FH
• High professional and social competence as well as pronounced sense of responsibility
• Empathetic, respectful, and appreciative personality
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
• Enjoyment in working with elderly and care-dependent people
• Ability to focus on the resources and individual needs of the residents
• Teamwork, flexibility, and good communication skills
