We are looking for one or two people to share the position of a total of 100% in job sharing.

Your tasks in service:

Advising our customers by phone about our services
Preparing offers and entering orders in the ERP
Managing the email inbox
Entering new customers in the CRM
Supporting and coordinating customer complaints
Scheduling service technicians and assemblers

Your tasks in administration:

Daily invoicing of all orders in the area
Supporting sales in entering customer data in the CRM
Assisting in the organization of internal events in the area
Supporting various administrative tasks
Deputizing for the area assistant

Your profile

Basic training in the metal construction industry or in the commercial sector
Technical or commercial further education
Technical understanding
Professional experience in a similar role is an advantage
Competent and winning demeanor
High customer and service orientation
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
French is an advantage
