- Accompanying and supporting children and young people
- Supervision of the child and youth center in cooperation with the team
- Commitment to mobile and outreach youth work
- Planning and organizing child and youth cultural events, projects, and activities - participatory and life-world oriented
- Collaboration on integration and prevention projects in cooperation with supervisors
- Networking with various actors in the community and region
You bring with you
- Experience in working with children and young people
- Studies in social work, socio-cultural animation, or comparable training
- Enjoyment in building relationships, openness, and a good sense for different life worlds
- Experience in organizing and conducting projects and events with young people
- Independent, reflective working style and team spirit
- Willingness to work irregular hours (especially Friday evening and Saturday)
- Basic administrative knowledge, PC user skills
- High self-competence and independent working style
