Accompanying and supporting children and young people
Supervision of the child and youth center in cooperation with the team
Commitment to mobile and outreach youth work
Planning and organizing child and youth cultural events, projects, and activities - participatory and life-world oriented
Collaboration on integration and prevention projects in cooperation with supervisors
Networking with various actors in the community and region

You bring with you

Experience in working with children and young people
Studies in social work, socio-cultural animation, or comparable training
Enjoyment in building relationships, openness, and a good sense for different life worlds
Experience in organizing and conducting projects and events with young people
Independent, reflective working style and team spirit
Willingness to work irregular hours (especially Friday evening and Saturday)
Basic administrative knowledge, PC user skills
High self-competence and independent working style
