In interdisciplinary teams, nursing, medicine and therapy work closely together to support patients on their path back to greater independence. That is why we are looking for you: As a qualified nursing professional HF with leadership experience, you will take on the organisational and personnel management of a specialised nursing team and actively contribute to the further development of nursing.

Your area of responsibility with the new employer

• Assuming personnel and organisational leadership of a specialised nursing team in a protected and monitored rehabilitation ward
• Ensuring professional care of patients with complex nursing needs following neurological events and interventions
• Close collaboration with the nursing management as well as with doctors, therapists and other interprofessional specialist areas
• Further development of nursing quality, structures and work processes as well as active shaping of the future of the nursing profession

Your advantages for the new employer

• Completed training as a qualified nurse HF or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland with SRK recognition
• Proven experience in an intensive care unit and/or relevant further training in intensive care nursing; experience in rehabilitation is an advantage
• Leadership experience and enjoyment in organising a team, making decisions and supporting employees in their development
• Strong quality and responsibility awareness, networked thinking and very good German language skills in spoken and written form
