Job description
This is a 2-year apprenticeship contract that will allow you to acquire the following skills:
- Provide quality basic care in line with the philosophy of the institution;
- Actively participate in the implementation and monitoring of care and support projects for residents in an interdisciplinary team (daily life activities, leisure, residents' life projects, etc.);
- Participate in the traceability of care and support in the resident's computerized file;
- Welcome and integrate relatives into comprehensive care.
In general:
You will be assigned to several floors, giving you a broad view of the activities carried out within a nursing home.
Profile sought
Expected skills:
- Completed compulsory schooling;
- Perfect oral and written expression in French.
Specific skills characterizing the position:
- Teamwork, empathy, mastery of computer tools;
- Adaptability, strong interest in care and support, sense of human contact.
