For our daycares in the Canton of Zug, we are looking for a substitute as an assistant in care (m/f) - variable workload.

Your main tasks:
• Co-responsibility for children aged 3 months up to kindergarten entry
• Goal-oriented and constructive work according to our pedagogical concept
• Co-designing activities in daily life according to the weekly program
• Co-responsibility for compliance with concepts (hygiene concept, safety/emergency concept)
• Co-responsibility for care, condition, and completeness of play materials as well as for care and order of the premises

Your profile:
• Joy and patience in dealing with children
• Flexibility, resilience, and mobility
• Experience in childcare (advantageous)
• Structured, service-oriented, and independent working style, high self-motivation
• Open and responsible personality
• Team player with good communication skills
• Openness to different cultures
• Good oral English language skills (advantageous)
