You will

be the competent contact person for self-employed individuals, SMEs and selected private customers and advise them holistically
build and further expand your own customer portfolio
sell our products and services professionally and according to needs
spend about 50% of the time outside the branch, on site with customers
refer customers to other segments within the framework of cross-/upselling

You bring

a banking education and several years of experience, especially in the credit sector
up-to-date expertise and a completed bank-specific further education
affinity and experience in acquisition as well as enjoyment of daily customer contact with the ability to recognise needs and expectations
high independence and high mobility
strong communication skills, goal- and service-orientation
enjoyment of daily customer contact and recognising needs and expectations
a broad network of relationships
persuasiveness and assertiveness
