In our Tax Services, as market leaders, we advise on a wide range of tax matters. This enables us to optimise the business and legal structures of our globally positioned clients. EY’s Real Estate Tax Team advises leading global fund companies, private equity firms, real estate companies, and investment foundations on the tax analysis of business and investment strategies and their implementation.
Your main tasks
- In our international client environment with a focus on real estate, you can expect varied and challenging tasks
- You lead national and international transaction and advisory projects, develop tax-optimised acquisition and exit strategies, and work closely with our experienced specialists
- You work in a team-oriented environment on multidisciplinary and cross-functional projects, solving complex tax issues for our demanding national and international clients
- You are responsible for mandate development and the acquisition of new projects
- We offer you an international environment and the opportunity to collaborate with various teams around the globe
What we are looking for
- A master’s degree in law or business administration as well as additional qualifications such as certified tax expert or master in taxation are prerequisites
- A must: several years of experience in Swiss and international tax law; a plus: experience in consulting with a focus on real estate
- Success factors that will help you progress with us: teamwork, customer focus, determination, commitment, and a quick grasp
- As an international company, we require German and English
