• Preparation of transport-relevant documents for national and international shipments
• Recording, monitoring, and controlling shipments in the Transport Management System
• Communication with external service providers, suppliers, and internal interfaces
• Deadline monitoring and proactive coordination for time-critical transports
• Careful maintenance and updating of supplier master data
• Assumption of general administrative tasks in the transport area 

• Completed commercial basic training EFZ
• Initial experience in forwarding is an advantage
• Open, service-oriented, and communicative personality
• Enjoy working in a motivated and young team
• Reliable, structured, and precise way of working
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form; additional languages are an advantage
