What you can achieve with us
You are the contact person for managers and employees in the education sector for all HR matters – whether in recruitment and development, departures, or occupational health management. With your expertise, you advise competently, pragmatically, and on equal footing, ensuring that everything runs smoothly in the background. You take on parts of the personnel administration and represent your colleague in payroll accounting.
What you bring with you
As an HR specialist with a federal certificate and several years of professional experience in this field, you are very familiar with the described tasks. If you also know Abacus: even better. You work in a structured, efficient, and reliable manner without losing sight of the people. You are comfortable with both advisory and administrative tasks. In dealing with others, you are open, helpful, and solution-oriented. You enjoy working with a committed team and contributing to a trusting and supportive atmosphere.

We are the Foundation for Blind and Visually Impaired Children and Youth Zollikofen – a private, politically and denominationally neutral organization with a non-profit purpose. Our task is to support and accompany people with special needs from birth to young adulthood.
We offer additional services to parents, teachers of public schools and special schools, as well as professionals. Our core competencies lie in the support and accompaniment of young people with visual impairment, blindness, multiple disabilities, or from the autism spectrum.
