Your tasks:

• Leading and developing around 7 employees in the areas of butchery, dairy, fruit and vegetables
• Coordinating and organising daily business and ensuring smooth processes
• Creating deployment plans and allocating employees according to requirements
• Conducting employee interviews, supporting employees in their daily work and promoting their development
• Taking on an active role model function and creating a motivating, appreciative working environment
• Ensuring sales readiness and optimal product presentation in the fresh product areas
• Providing expert advice and service to our customers as well as telephone sales
• Assisting with the implementation of seasonal and promotional displays
• Working in the fresh product area at approx. 15 °C and managing frozen products at approx. -20 °C

Your profile:

• Experience in a leadership or coordination role, ideally in wholesale or retail
• Enjoy leading, motivating and developing employees
• Strong skills in organisation, coordination and prioritisation
• Confident and appreciative manner as well as enjoyment of employee discussions and daily communication
• Experience in wholesale or retail; knowledge in butchery, dairy, fruit and vegetables is an advantage
• Training in retail, wholesale, the food industry or a comparable qualification is an advantage
• Strong customer orientation and high service commitment
• Careful, reliable and responsible working style
• Neat appearance and very good German language skills
• Flexibility, team spirit and willingness to take responsibility
• Good physical resilience; in our wholesale business products weighing up to 25 kg are handled
